This Return Policy explains how Black Bubble Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles refunds for payments made via Tipd (the “App”).

What Tipd is: Tipd facilitates voluntary tips from customers to users (e.g., workers/creators) for services provided outside the App. Tipd does not sell physical or digital goods within the App.

1) Refunds

  • All tips are final. Once a tip is authorised and successfully processed, no refund will be issued.
  • Because tips are discretionary payments for services performed outside the App, there are no returns or exchanges.

This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

2) Unauthorised or mistaken payments

If you believe a payment was unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicated, or charged in error (e.g., card charged but the in-app status failed to update), contact us promptly so we can review.

When you write to us, please include:

  • your Tipd username and the email tied to your account;
  • date/time, amount, and currency of the payment;
  • the last four digits of the card (if applicable); and
  • any relevant screenshots or reference IDs.

We may also direct you to your bank/card issuer or the payment provider to resolve certain issues.

3) Payment processing

Payments in Tipd are processed by third-party payment service providers. Their terms may apply to authorisations, settlement timing, and dispute handling. (App Store/Play Store purchase refunds—if applicable—are handled by those stores under their own terms.)

4) Chargebacks & disputes

If you raise a chargeback with your card issuer, we may provide evidence to the issuer about the transaction (for example, timestamps and authorisation logs). Repeated or abusive disputes may lead to account restrictions.
